OVERVIEW:

Renee Russell is Managing Partner at Russell Pregler Associates, LLC, a global strategy and executive development consultancy. She is a recognized thought leader in the areas of Human Capital Strategy, Top Team Performance, Organizational Transformation, and Leadership Development. She has over 25 years’ experience building the individual, team and organizational capabilities that drive business performance, and has assisted numerous women to successfully accelerate their careers.

Renee has held leadership positions at LexisNexis, Avon, Travelport (a former division of the Cendant Corporation), and Prudential Financial, where her work focused on the development and implementation of Business Transformation, Learning, Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness strategies.

Renee holds a M.B.A from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a B.S. in Computer Science & Marketing from Westchester University of Pennsylvania. She currently serves as an adjunct professor teaching influence and change strategies for Diversity and Inclusion Professionals worldwide at Cornell University.
