Mary Ann F. Jackson



Mary Ann is currently employed as a Director of Project Management, in Prudential’s Global Enterprise Services Project Management Office.  Mary Ann focuses on organizational and operational design both domestic and internationally.  She has been employed with Prudential since 1997. For the first 16 years with the company she held several positions in Group Insurance: Claims Manager, Disability Consultant, Financial Analyst, Manager of Financial Analysis and Project Manager of Life Product Development.

In September 2013 she transitioned to the corporate Financial Management Project Management Office and began working on large organizational redesign and regulatory implementations.

Additionally, she serves as the Chief Financial Officer of The Girls Action Network (GAN); A non-profit organization that focuses on the empowerment of young women. Mary Ann also serves on the Board of Directors for United Way of Greater Newark and is the Chief Operating Officer for the Black Leadership Forum (BLF), a Prudential Business Resource Group.

Mary Ann graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and minor in Cultural Studies from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. She went on to successfully complete a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in 2005 from the University of Phoenix.

Mary Ann is a member of The National Association for Female Executives, BDPA (former VP of Planning & Strategy for the NJ Chapter), an INROADS Alumnus, and lifetime member of The National Black MBA Association. In 2019 she became a Leadership Newark Fellowship Alumnus.
